The 2024 holiday trip to California is underway. Wait, didn't you just return from a trip that included a visit to California? Your memory is correct! Another benefit of being retired is that we can travel as much as our energy and budget allows. Thankfully, both are plentiful.

This trip includes stops in Napa, Malibu and Death Valley National Park. Plus a visit to the Rose Bowl Parade and Disneyland. Plans may change, though it seems like the Franklin Fire in Malibu is now 100% contained. That must be a huge relief for Malibu residents. As for Disneyland, Greg hasn't visited since... 1977. It's changed a bit since then.

Ari is along for the ride. He has some plans of his own, including a surf lesson in Malibu.
